Local Experience. Industry Expertise.
Oceania Elevator Company is a locally operated elevator contractor serving Guam and the CNMI.
We provide elevator maintenance, repair, modernization and new installation services with an emphasis on responsive local support, technical capability and long-term customer relationships.
Our team brings decades of combined elevator industry experience to the islands, with experience ranging from complex troubleshooting and modernization to major commercial, residential and government projects.
Our Story
Built on Experience. Focused on the Islands.
Oceania Elevator Company was founded to provide Guam and the CNMI with a locally accountable alternative for elevator service, modernization and installation.
Our leadership brings extensive experience in the elevator industry, including decades of work on Guam. That experience includes responsibility for elevator systems at major hotels, commercial properties, residential buildings, government facilities and the Guam International Airport.
Today, Oceania combines that experience with a growing local team and relationships with leading independent elevator manufacturers and technical partners. This allows us to provide sophisticated elevator solutions while remaining responsive to the customers and communities we serve.
Local Accountability
We live and work in the communities we serve. When our customers need support, they are working with a local team that understands their equipment, their property and the realities of operating in the islands.
Technical Capability
Our experience spans hydraulic and traction elevators, accessibility lifts and escalators—from routine maintenance and troubleshooting to complete modernization and new installation.
Owner Control
We favor maintainable, non-proprietary solutions that give building owners greater control over their equipment. Our goal is to provide solutions that can be supported for the long term—not create unnecessary dependence on a single manufacturer.
